About
Who I Am & What is “Too Many Tabs”
Hi and thanks for dropping by! My name is Wendy (WendyWanda if you’re feeling playful).

If you’ve ever looked at your screen and realized you’ve got twenty browser tabs open and your brain feels about the same, then you’ve come to the right place.
I’m a writer, overthinker, and all-around professional multitasker with a love of good coffee (or tea), storytelling, and doing way too many things at once. I’ve got a habit of chasing new ideas like they’re shiny objects and, honestly, I’ve stopped apologizing for it.
Too Many Tabs with Wendy is my corner of the internet for anyone who’s wired just a little bit differently, like me — curious, creative, ambitious, and maybe just a bit chaotic, but trying to make it all work with some humor and heart.
So, how did all this start?
For a long time, I was in constant ‘on-the-go’ mode. Always hustling. Always onto the next project and the next “big thing.” And even though I’ve stumbled many times along the way, I’ve had a well-rounded career (that’s its own story). But, somewhere along the way, I lost my own voice in the noise.
Then one day a couple of years ago, I sat down and started writing — not for a client, not for a deadline, just for me. And it felt like finally exhaling after holding my breath for years. Writing became my way of piecing myself back together. I realized I had stories to tell — the kind that don’t fit neatly into one box. Some are about work, some about life, some about trying to balance both without losing my sanity (or my sense of humor).
That’s where Too Many Tabs was born. It’s not just a blog; it’s a conversation with anyone who’s ever felt like their brain’s running a million programs at once but still wants to live with intention, joy, and a little bit of caffeine-induced clarity.
What You’ll Find Here
Honestly? A mix of everything! Because that’s what life looks like.
- Stories — the real, messy, beautiful kind.
- Thoughts on work and creativity — because burnout is real, but so is ambition.
- Reflections on balance, growth, and figuring it out as we go.
It’s lifestyle meets “let’s be real.” Some days I’ll talk about work or mindset. Other days, it’s just about life, family, or the random chaos that makes up being human.
My hope for you
I want this space to feel like a deep breath — the kind you take when you’re sitting across from a friend who gets it. If you leave here feeling seen, inspired, or even just a little lighter than when you came in, then I’ve done what I came to do.
So go ahead, open a few more tabs. Read a story or two. And come back anytime — the WiFi’s great and there’s always something new waiting for you.
